C'est Si Bon...De Boire: A French Celebration Tasting!
On Thursday, August 21st, The Fermented Fox x Maverick Beverage Group x Chef Kristian Allen are proud to announce that we will be hosting a public tasting of winemakers, importers, and more for guests to learn, love, and live vicariously through the glass and gifts of the vineyards of a multitude of incredible winemakers! My heart fell hard for France when I first started my studies in wine, and this tasting is a collection of some of my favorite producers from incredible regions!
Join us as we welcome a collection of inspiring selections from producers across France, including:

Our gathering will run from 6:30pm-9:30pm where guests can browse through the 20+ selections, tasting at their leisure, learning more about each of the wines, their production and farming methods, as well as the estates themselves.
If you're going to do a French celebration tasting, you got to bring in the proper soigné, and I couldn't think of anyone better than Chef Kristian Allen. Having spent the last 5+ years as a leader in the Justine's kitchen, his understanding of French cuisine spans the length of the country and dives into a littany of flavors. He'll be coming to take care of complementary light bites and hors d’oeuvres to be served throughout the experience!
Our friends at US Natural will be onsite helping to facilitate a pre-order option to acquire any of your favorite selections and share them with friends and family alike as you pad your cellar, fill your wine rack, or just grab a few bottles for an upcoming celebration!
